Ingredients for 4 people
Broccoli g 600
Potatoes gr 200
Grana padano gr 90
Skaj’s white roux
Milk gr 600
Cook the peeled the broccoli, cut into bunches, in the microwave (or boil them). Boil also the peeled potatoes.
Prepare the béchamel, dissolving a couple of tablespoons of Skaj’s white roux in hot milk.
Puree the broccoli and the potatoes, collecting the mixture in a bowl.
Mix together 50 gr of grana, one egg, 500 gr of béchamel; flavour everything with Skaj’s vegetable, pepper and nutmeg.
Divide the mixture among 4 greased moulds and bake in a 180° oven for approx. 25 minutes.
