Ideal for enhancing the flavour of fish-based dishes, for creating soups, sauces, risotto with shellfish or to add flavour to frozen fish. The granular, soluble form, made with dehydrated shellfish and fish, optimises product conservation, preventing the formation of mould and microorganisms. The addition of vegetables makes the product particularly versatile to use, adding a delicate aroma to food. The fish and shellfish stock line is supplied in a granular form in two formats (small and Catering). The product does not contain added preservatives and is gluten free, and is therefore suitable for people with coeliac disease.
