Description

The glutamate free vegetable preparation maintains the characteristics of the traditional vegetable, but does not use monosodium glutamate, which is responsible for what has been defined as “the fifth taste” or umami that, together with sweet, salty, bitter and acid forms the five flavours detectable by man. The product is mean to be used by anyone looking for a traditional flavour typical of European cuisine. The glutamate free vegetable line is offered in granular form in 2 formats, small and Catering. The product does not contain animal fats or added preservatives and is gluten free, and is therefore suitable for people with coeliac disease.
